The Committee on Social Services and Public Safety of the Sangguniang Bayan of Sogod will conduct a public hearing on the following proposed municipal ordinances:

𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗡𝗢. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰-𝟯𝟰𝟳

An ordinance prohibiting online sexual abuse and exploitation of children (OSAEC) and child sexual abuse or exploitation materials (CSAEM), institutionalizing programs for prevention and eradication, and establishing support for child victims.

𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗡𝗢. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟯𝟱𝟬

An ordinance mandating random drug testing in establishments with 10 or more employees as a requirement for business permit acquisition and renewal.

𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗡𝗢. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟯𝟱𝟭

An ordinance mandating fast food corporations and other establishments to provide temporary employment to qualified senior citizens and PWD residents of Sogod.
